After about 15 minutes of driving my cel came on and gave me code 1, O2 sensor on my ZC. However it runs perfectly fine, no rough idle or anything. I've always been under the impression that if the O2 was bad the cel would be on soon after starting it up or once it hit operating temp....mine hits operating temp after like 3-4 min so I was just curious as to how it exactly functions. Its also been butt-connected twice, the engine came without the clip so I connected it and the old Si harness already had a connector on it...so would this cause problems? I'll soon be grabbing a bosch but was just curious. Thanks.

 

a bad o2 will make the car run like ****, but maybe not immediately.
