my cooling fan are always on when i turn the key to the ignition, yes my engine still cold, isnt it suppose to be on when the engine is over heating? so basicaly my heater is always on wehn im driving. whats happening? is it the climate control? c'mon need help

 

sounds like it has been hardwired. people do this for different reasons. car overheats, live in hot climate, or in some racing applications. i would go unplug it , turn car on and see if it gets hot. if it does you'll need to go through cooling troubleshooting. if not plug it back in and it should'nt be a problem.
