Which wire is "hot"?
I'm putting in a 4 wire o2 sensor and I need to know which wire is always on when my motor is running so i can use it as a hot source!!

he means on the o2 sensor, right?
I don't think any of them are always on, but the two black ones are for the heater, it warms up the sensor in the beginning to give better readings when the motor is cold. EF_LSVTEC told me to connect the white wire to original o2 wire, put one of the blacks to a switched power source, and ground the other two (blue or green, and black). that's probably what you're looking for.

In the engine bay would be best/easiest.
