jdm headlight..harness?

jdm headlight..harness?

I was reading the past topics on jdm headlights and people say that I need to get an h1/h4 harness? Why can't I just use my stock prelude harness to convert the jdm headlights to USDM

please go into more detail. Where did you get the h1/h4 harness at besides the junkyard
