Default Steering wheels: OMP vs MOMO

How many of you have legit experience with aftermarket steering wheels? I know Bruno from Lisbon has OMP and RatedR from GA has something, but I was wondering about anyone else. I have tentatively narrowed it down to the OMP Superturismo and the Momo Formula. I originally liked the OMP Corsica but the two red buttons for the horn are cool for fun wiring tricks. If anyone has anything to add to this post please feel free, I know it's pretty narrow.

Hey don't be mad just cause I'm a tough guy and don't need a wheel with cruise control. Actually it's more like I dont know **** about wrenching and could never install cruise control on my R.

At least I didnt make a poll

I have a Sparco Racer:

Lip also uses one. It's a nice wheel. We both have suede covered versions.

Personal also makes some nice wheels if you don't mind drilling the holes yourself.

Mugen has a sweet *** wheel. If I had the money, I'd go with the Mugen or Sparco. .02$

Cartman do you have a link to the Mugen wheel? How much is it? The ones I've been looking at are about 200 bucks.

Momo all the way man! Even though its pricey, its well worth it. I personally like the Momo Formula. Its about $175; requires a hub, but has two buttons. With those two buttons you could wire it up to NOS. Hey, whatya know, NOS rhymes with ROSS!! In that case Ross, you must get Nos!

Heres a link by the way: http://www.ltbmotorsports.com/momo/m...a/formula.html

yeah someone else made the NOS-ROSS joke a few days ago. I think that's what D was referring to when he said "I made a funny". Pricey? I personally don't think it's that bad. The cheapest I found it for was like 179. Thanks for your help dude.

no prob! Yeah I just realized that that price wasn't that bad at all, compared to Mugen of course. I think the Mugen wheel is selling for around $500, not quite sure though.

Ross,

as i previously told you, i chose the corsica model because of it's depthness (95mm), but if i had to chose one now, i would go for the 65mm depth WRC model (OMP). they're both awesome in corner handling.

How about one of those chain-wheels like in the 70s? Or maybe, take the wheel off and weld a big wrench. That would be sweet. I'm feeling useless today
