Plz help with my header situation...
Mkkk so far Ive got a Apex'i N1 catback...the problem is its 2.36" ID...Well I need a header (Comptech 4-2-1 TIG with 2.25" collector ID) with a 2.25" hi flow car sound cat? Will this create any kind of bottleneck?

The Comptech header collector is not 2.25" ID. Since it uses the factory donut gasket like all "USDM" bolt-on headers, it is limited to a 50mm/~2.00" OD collector.
EDIT: The only problem I can think of with the N1 is the flange that bolts to the cat. I am almost positive that it "necks-down" to mate with the small, stock cat. In this case, you should remove the N1's original flange and use a full 2.25" replacement.
The Apex'i N1 is 60mm/2.36", but this measurement is OD, not ID. Since you will be stepping up from the 2.00" OD collector to the 2.25" ID cat., then pairing the 2.25" ID cat. with the 2.36" OD (roughly 2.25" ID) cat-back, there really won't be any "bottle-necks" in the system.
