I just adjusted my valves to .010 (probably a bit loose) and I get valve noise at about 2200...
Its like a high frequency tapping of matel... it is possible thats what you are hearing? I think Im going to adjust them back to .009 to get rid of it, sort of annoying..

Just out of curiosity, how did you do your valve adjustment with respect to feeling the clearances? Specifically, did you go just by feel alone of the 0.010 (intake) and 0.012 (exhaust) gauges? Or did you try to insert the next larger size and adjust until the next larger size would not fit but the right size would fit (usually with a heavy drag?).

I just did one with the latter method, and I'm just curious as to what others do.

I'd think it may be the valves as well, because I can't picture anything else making that noise just based on a throttle body cleaning.

There is an "exhaust buzz kit" that was installed on the 5th gen Accord. Mine got it under warranty when the car had 1 yr.

I get the exhaust buzz around 1800rpm. I havent bothered to fix it. That sounds like what your describing. Its a very common problem. Its just strange you noticed it only after you cleaned the TB. Are you sure you never heard it before. If its really a new noise, it might be something else
