I thought it was around 15lbs, and the GSR flywheel was 18-19lbs...

is this flywheel resurfaced ?

Your weight estimates sound more realistic. The flywheel is not resurfaced. I just got a new clutch and Fidanza lightweight flywheel and therefore am selling my stock flywheel.

yeah, itr flywheel should be about 14-15 lbs, si flywheel is about 16-17, and gsr is about 17 lbs

Yeah ITR/CTR is 15lbs and the B16/GSR are 18lbs.
