I was at Stanford and I saw a teg (all stock) with CHROME fat fives all the way around. My question is was chrome rims an option in 94-95 from factory or is it a good chance they got the rims dipped? I think it looked pretty koo.

i have seen some, i think they are dipped. I rather keep them stock look, or gunmetal.

Huh? same thing....

I saw a guy that hand-polished his 95 GS-R wheels to a mirror finish. They looked like chrome but w/o the added weight.

 

Yeah, I've seen fat-5's that were chrome too. I don't know if they were stock or dipped, but I've seen them on a couple of tegs.

I think the fat fives with the 98+ Swirlies polish would look pretty nice...
