i have a 1988 usdm crx si 1.6 mpfi d16a1

OK I HAVE two questions

first my idle's messed up it sometimes idles at like 2000 rpm and the rest of the time it idles at like 600rpm. i adjust it per the procedure(unplug eacv, adjust tb screw, plug eacv back, reset ecu) and it will fix it for a little while but it will return within the same day. honda dealership says i need a new eacv valve $200 through them. I DO NOT HAVE ANY ECU CODES. I was wondering if which model and year i can swap an eacv from. and if it is the eacv since i am not throwing any codes. the crx workshop manuel says to check for ac and alternator draws? any ideas

second problem

i think this is related to my idle problem. i am driving 80 on the freeway and if ilet go of the gas my car kind of jerks a little bit. when i go to give it gas again it jerks hard . i will take it out of gear while moving and the engine will idle at like 2000rpm
so when the idle is high it afects my throttle?
it seems the throttle is kind of jerky all the time but more so when the idle problem is happening at the same time. i don't know what this is help please
