Default if i get 15" rota slips with a 40mm offset and put them on a 88crx

the crx is lowered on neuspeed race springs. 2.25 front and 2.0 rear.

with a b16 swap.

whats the widest tire i can run without rubbing the tire? and will this **** up my handling and turning radius?

only reason i am even considering the 40mm offset is because they are like dirt cheap.

and will they stick out ? like wider than the fender? or will they be even with the body or tuck?

that offset is fine, normal is like +42 or something, my car is lower 2.25 and i have 16x7 wheels with 205's. With my old wheels, that were 7.5" wide, and a 205 tire, the wheel was literally 1/4 away from the rear trailing arm(or whatever that big *** arm is that goes front to back...me tired) so i would say 215 at the max with that offset or you will rub. In the front, you are very limited, cause if you have a wide tire, hit a bump while turning, and WACK, tires eats finder. So, with that lowering, and that offset, i would just do 205, and at most 215.

with 15x7" rims with a 35 offset and 205 falken azenis I scraped tire BAD. I have neuspeed sports with a 1.8" drop in the back. I ended up needing to get 99-00' si wheels with a 45 offset in order for the tires to fit underneath the wheel well under hard cornering.. I also rolled my fenders (which I don't recommend.... can someone find me a good cheap body shop? )
