What are you wondering? On how to do it, or which is the best route to take?

Rebuild your bottom end with factory honda parts, get a honda shop manual put everything to factory spec if the cylinder bores are anywhere out of the factory limit bore and hone the block and get new 10 over honda pistons and rings, make sure the shop knows how to hone a honda block as our rings are different than V8s. Use a Y8 cylinder head have it taken apart checked and tested send it somewhere reputable for a mild port and polish 3 or 5 angle valve job and bowlwork, port match an SI manifold to the ports on the head get a good 4into1 header and aem intake. Im running the same setup with an 89 crx SI bottom end and tranny with a clutchmasters stage 3 clutch and light weight flywheel. The car is a 89 civic dx hatch no ac and took out as much weight as possible! I beat GSRs DOHC SIs and many civics and crxs with B16 swaps!!Oh yeah ECU is crx si with Zdyne B16 conversion 4800 Vtec switchover. If you plan to do all this you will be rewarded with gobs of bottom end torque!! Make sure you break in the motor for at least 1000 miles and dont use synthetic oil till at least 5000 miles!
This is my personal setup and it works!!!
