I did mine, well the old ones, Now I got JDM stanly lamps!
I did 250 for 10-15 mins, Basically put em in. Carfull taking them out and use a flat head screw driver and right away you will either see tha they are warm enough to peel apart or not warm enough. Carefull peeling it apart cause the silicone is VERY hard to get off the glass and actuall housing if you get it onto it!
Anyways its really easy, just take your time. I did mine in 3 days and they turned out PIMP. Then I sold them. DO a search under my name and you should see my post of how the projectors came out!

Yes, it is. If not, you'll have headlight leaks. Then maybe in the future, you'll have the fish bowl headlight. Basicly, reseal it with new and old sealant, protection X 2.
