Accord V6 vs Camry V6
Who will win?
The other day, this guy in a new model camry v6 raced me and I won...I think?? He pulled up to the stop light and when the light turned green we both took off. He was ahead of me half a car length for a while but as I got closer to redline, I just passed him HELLA fast! After that it was all about me. At the next light he tried to race me again but I didn't join him.
Anyway, I guess I'm asking because I want to know which cars faster and because I'm not sure if he was really trying. From all the reviews I read about the Camry v6, it's suppose to be good/fast. So at a racetrack, who will win? Both of the cars are stock...to my knowledge, and four door sedan. Mines a 98 - his = 2000?
FYI: It was on an open road, no cars, and the stoplights are far apart.

The Camry will loose once your Accord reaches it top end. As for mid range, the Camry is faster. So if yo uare racing from stop to redline, the Accord will win. But if you were to start the race say in 4th gear at 80mph, the Camry will have the advantage at first (not by much) but then the Accord will catch up and pass.
