depending on the type and year of the b20b/z it can be slightly easier or harder.

for 92-5 hatches:
-if motor is crv b20b then motor mount/intake manifold from LS will ber required and OBDI electronics (disributor/alternator/injectors) or rewiring to OBDII plugs and reusing the electronics
-if motor is a JDM b20b from an orthia then you can use the motor mount and its low intake manifodl, just replug to OBDII to plugs or change to OBDI electronics.
-if the motor is a 99-00 crv b20z/b then intake can be reused ( one with torque chamber) , but motor mount will need to be changed (CRV version of the motor) and OBDI electronics or rewiring to OBDII plugs is required.

92-00 b-series hydro trannies/mounts/axles/shift linkage can be used.
for ECU use 92-3 PR4 or 94-5 P74/p75 ecu or JDM P54 or p29 or even DX P06.

96-00 civic:
-basically the motor mount off a crv can be reused, so can the electronics.
again use 92-00 b-series hydro trannies/mounts*/axles/shift linkage can be used.
for ECU use 92-3 PR4 or 94-5 P74/p75 ecu or JDM P54 or p29 or even DX P06 with harness converter or JDM P75 or B20 5spd ecu .

*rear tranny mount needs to be EK b-series or 99-00 SIR
