I am in the middle of putting an 88-89 teg motor in my 90 hatch, I need to know what to do with the driver side motor mount. I heard I am suppose to use my single cam mount but it doesn't bolt up on the block right, it hits the exhaust cam gear, can anyone help who has done this before. What do I need to get? TIA

 

88-89 Integra engines DO NOT bolt up into the 88-91 Civic/CRX, sorry.

 

So if a ZC is supposed to be the same motor how do they bolt in?

 

The ZC is similar, not the same. the ZC is designed for the EF chassis.

 

So there is no way to make the 88-89 teg motor fit?

 

Its been done, but every one I have talked to, says you will need to make custom mounts and hasnt really said much more.
