Default CTR cluster....plug and play??
I have heard mixed stories saying that it is and is not plug and play when you are installing a CTR cluster into 96 up civics. So are are they P & P? Thanks.

yes they are plug and play, i just put one in my friends 96 hatch. It takes about 10 minutes to put one in.
