Do Honda electrical systems run on AC (alternating current) or DC (Direct current)

Man, not busting your ***** at all but have a friend explain it to you or grab a book... knowing how this stuff works is good if you want to install stereos, alarms, fog lites, etc...

the only way you could be running an AC powered car would be to have an extension cord coming out the back of it
