Default H23 throttle body

upon searching this topic i've found that no one sells a throttle body that is LISTED for a prelude. people are apparently using integra throttle bodies. a couple questions. my tps is bad, so i'm just going to go with a big bore throttle body that includes sensor. will the sensor off the type r match my sensor connector on my H23? also, i read that on the spoon TB's only the inner diameter is larger, kind of a cone effect to expand the air entering the intake making it cooler, but also decreasing velocity. at any rate, will my aem cai rubber hose still fit if the outer diameter is larger? or is it true that it is tapered and i need not to worry?
