Default Polyurethane glue for bushings...and suspension question.

Ok...i have an 89 crx dx with a b18 swap. My bushings up front are, im sure, trashed. when i go over bumps and through ruts, the car pulls really hard to the left or the right. it also kinda clunks. I suspect that my balljoints are bad also. But, i can't really afford a polyurethane front bushing set, so i was wondering if i could do something like drill out and refill the area with polyurethane glue. Anyone have any experience with this? Thanks guys.
