and Why I would agree, you could just drop a b20 built block in and smoke anybody that would come near you... But my 4 door is lighter than the si to tell you the truth, do what you want, but looks are number 10, 1-10 in my book of things to do.... ENGINE SHOULD BE FIRST YO

Since I am tired and too lazy to prove your *** wrong, here is a quick example of why you're a dumbfuck. Link to an Si that will own your *** daily

i sorta dont agree in a way.... i think he was talkin bout N/A vs N/A i mean Si's are kinda quick but lets say u add a GSR into a EG hatch wit just a intake=13.9...I/H/E= 13.5........I/H/E in a Si is like a mid 14 around there...even a 92-95 Civic Si (Sohc Vtec) is like side to side wit the 99-00 Si's..i mean im not being a dick or anything but we are sitting here talking bout how a hatch is faster wit a swap than the SI..then u pull out a super coupe...there are many hatches that would own that car...and theyre are a couple of super N/A hatches on here....i mean dont get me wrong that coupe is ****** badass i even put it in bold because thats a beautiful car...but it can be skated on...u said it will own 1 2 NV but he runs a basically high 11 sec civic hatch im thinking...he wouldnt be too far behind at all maybe like 2 cars

Listen..All VTEC DA is saying is that you can make an Si fast without jumping on the bandwagon of going and picking up a hatch or something..The bottom line is that with the same exact mods...The hatch will win just because its lighter..Don't get me wrong when I say "bandwagon" because I'm searching hard for a hatch to buy of my own..Lets just get back to the original topic and stop all the arguing...

LETS GET SOME MORE OPINIONS ON THE NEXT STEP OF THE 00 EBP SI!

thank you vtec-da....although the si doesnt haev the best power to weight ratio...i think its nice to see someone "souping" up their coupe instead of a hatch...dont get me wrong i like hatches ...but thats why i have an si

Don't listen to some of these guy's, they like cars with no ***!

From a fellow Si owner, I would recommend not painting the housing of the headlights black, just save your money and buy the JDM smoked headlights, they look a whole lot better, after that I would save up and get some rims, get the ones you really want, and won't get tired of fast.

yeah but most SI owners think their car is something extremely fast when in fact its far from it, to further, u put a shitload of money to make that SI fast and ur still stuck with a heavy *** car.
99 EX coupe GSR motor, bolt ons, JUN 3 cams, ITR tranny 2500lbs 14.5@95
92 hatch GSR motor added compression up +2pts 2000lbs 13.00 on DRs, 12.5@107 on slicks

back to the question... if you want to do some stuff with how the car looks this is what I would do...

1) stock headlights with some Silvania Silverstars
2) get some really clean PROFESSIONALY installed tint, all one shade, not darker in the back and lighter up front

but still your car looks real nice as is

Back to the topic.
Get a header and air intake. Comptech is my personal fav.
If you want to make your suspension even better, get a 22mm rear swaybar.

It can be a pretty competitive car in STS for SCCA Solo II stuff. *shrug*

Get some better shocks or tires...
