Default installed H23 upper intake manifold/throttlebody on F22a6 lower intake manifold

Well i think i'm the first person ever to do this. I installed an H23 upper intake manifold/throttlebody on an F22a6 lower intake manifold. Everything bolts up, no mods necessary. The H23 throttlebody is 1/8" bigger tghen the F22 t/b. Anyway i took a few pics, i had more pics but somehow i lost them. Enjoy

Nice job, was it worth it? So you didn't actually replace the runners if I'm reading this correctly?

I'm using f22a6 runners (lower half). It has the dual stage intake. I crossreferenced #'s and found that the flapper device was the same part # on the F22a6, H23, and H22. Meaning all upper halfs (pleniums) between these engines are interchangable.

the H23 t/b is an 1/8" bigger then the f22a one. I noticed a lot more response and power during around time driving, and atleast 5whp at wot, if not more. Very basic swap, worth the $.

will not work on F22b1. Must have an F22a6 lower, which is a dual stage intake manifold. However i'm pretty sure the F22/H22/H23 throttlebodies are all interchangeable. I also think the complete H23 intake manifold will bolt onto the F22a, i'm not sure about the f22b though.

I know the gasket at the throtle body is the same for most honda's
I'm using one from a 92 civic dx on my h23a1, so this throtle body
will work even on a civic.
