I have an 89 hatch, i recently purchased an jdm climate control. This climate control is completly different than the usdm. The usdm is mostly all mechanical and the jdm control is all electronic. Has anybody swapped from usdm to jdm. How did you wire it up and will it work properly? Any info will be helpful.

 

It won't work, the AC system is totally different.

What you can do is set the AC system to blow air through the front
vents, then install the JDm unit.
You will not be able to switch to other vents, you also have to completely rewire
the Blower, AC on/OFF and all the other features.

People don't tell you that when they are selling them.
I have seen a bunch of people getting burned on JDM stuff that doesn't
work on US cars.

Hey, I'll give you $50 for it.
I have a race only CRX with no AC at all.
