Default When to upgrade fuel system??

Right now i have an i/h/e setup on my d16y8 and I was wondering when would be a good time to up grade my fuel system with aem fuel rail, aem fpr,and aem fuel filter. I was going to do it when I add a new intake manifold. But will this cause my car to run rich?

as long as you get an adjustable fpr then you're ok...normally unless youre not pumping over 200 hp, you dont need to upgrade your fuel rail...maybe not even til 250hp...doesnt hurt to though...make sure to upgrade your fuel pump too.
