We were just cutting off an old exhaust from a '93 EX that I bought and accidently nicked the gas tank with the recip. saw.

It is now smelling like gas, but not enough to leak. Is there a way to have someone patch that? Or am I stuck buying a whole new gas tank?

Might be able to just cover it with jb weld.. not sure though, figured my guess is better than no guess at all

I punctured mine real slightly like you have. I tried silicon, jbweld, nothing worked. I just replaced the whole tank

just weld the gas tank make sure theres tons of gas in there. HAHAHAHAHAAAHA

 

have ya tried duct tape?!

honestly.. why ride around knowing your tank is fucked when you can just get a new tank.. it would be safer.

or, yanno, you could go the welding route and die quicker
