Default Why do my speakers play unevenly?

My back right speaker plays 80 times louder than the rest of my speakers. I got new speakers and it is still doing this. I have it set so that all should play the exact same level. Is there a shorted wire in my CD player or what?

Maybe they are out of phase. Im not really an audio guy, but you may want to make sure you put the + and - wires to the correct connections on the speakers. Or you may want to wait for better advice.

not bad for not being an audio guy, lol, yea i'd say they're out of phase too, check behind your radio for pos and neg's to see if you're speaker's pos and neg's are correct

I appreciate it, but the +'s and -'s are correct. Anything else you can think of?
