I have a 90 accord Lx with 5 speed and when I am driving and turn the ac on it seems to bogg down the car. Then when downshifting and/ or in neutral the idle goes real low with sometimes cutting veh off. The car is well-tuned with honda parts only.

 

The idle setting may have to be re-set. This is common.
