Default Integra insurance?

Hey everyone, I have a question for all the Integra owners. Does your insurance consider it a sports car? How's the insurance on it, around the same as a civic? Does it vary from LS to GSR?

Is it a 4dr? 2dr? Mine's a 4dr so it's not considered as a sports car.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by ahunt01 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">what about 2 door?</TD></TR></TABLE>

Then it will be considered as a sports car.

I'm sure it'll vary within a model also. It makes sense if a 2-dr inte-r is more expensive then a 2-dr ls. Mine's a 4-dr ls. Really cheap

YES! expect to pay ~$200 per month for Ins. for a 2 door GS-R.
but that also varies(location/violations/age)

yes its a sports car....I pay $600. And no, thats not every 6 months, thats EVERY MONTH. I have 5 points on my license, but even so that seems a little too high. Oh well, thats what you get for being stupid and learning out the hard way.

DAMN 5 points on your license? no wonder why its so much. 600/month is a waste. you can save up the 600/month and get lots of things, maybe even save up for a turbo. you didnt bother going to traffic school? how'd you get 5 points?

My GSR costs more to insure than my 01 Pathfinder LE which costs nearly twice as much.

I talked to my insurance and it is a sports car. But if I get liability only it will cost as much as my 85 accord beater.
