Default o2 sensor, aftermarket or oem?

well I have shitty gas milage

I have tried many things including plugs plug cable fuel filter and I replaced air filter with a short ram.

The next thing I'll try is an o2 sensor. Does aftermarket or oem brand matter?

Also since I have obd2, are both o2 sensor the same? (my helms had yet to arrive)

OEM quality but check out this store: http://www.acurapartswholesale.com/

They have a lot of OEM & quality stuff for a great price. Depending on your model the o2 sensor is about $90-$200.
