which lower rear tie?

Default which lower rear tie?

on a 99-00 civic coupe, what lower rear tie bar would you get if you have a type r 5 lg conversion? would you get a civic or itr tie bar?

you get the ek rear tie bar. or whatever chassis code your car is. rather.... anything for that year civic. the control arm/subframe is still mounted in the same place so the dc or eg tie bars will not be compatible.

tie bars alone aren't affected by the 5 lug conversionn or the lower control arm swaps. you can't feel the difference so just pick a design that you like.

As others have said, the 5-lug won't impact which bar you need. You need the bar for your chassis 96-00Civ. Check out skunk2 or benen. Comptech also makes a nice rear tie with a sway bar built in. Very nice setup, but a little expensive.
