How much could I get for my Engine/Transmission/ECU/Wiring harness?
Its off of a 88 CRX DX (D15B2) Has 183k Miles with a rebuilt top end, transmission shifts smoothly and everything runs pretty nice. Burns a little oil though.
Also, should I just sell them all together or separately?

well dont expect more than 300-400. i bought one for 220 for full swap with axcles and tranny and ecu. good luck.
