differences with the 94+LS header and a 99-00 SI header

is there any difference if i would use a 4-1 LS header over a 4-1 99-00 SI header on a B16?

i think the 1.8L's are taller... the B16 wont clear the oil pan on a B18

Correct the 1.8 is a bit taller so you'll encounter problems if you try to use the si header.

Edit: I just reread your post, if your trying to use the b18 header on a b16 I don't know if you'll have any problems. I would think since it's longer you should be fine, but I can't say for sure. Do you have the header all ready? Can you test fit it, or another one to see ?
