Kickass! Buy a bunch of copies and put it in your sponsorship proposal packages when/if you put one together.

Cool! That's actually a really great article. Well written, funny, and gives a good perspective to outsiders.

I only wish the freakin monkeys at our local papers could write half that well. I'm sending that article to my wife, who also stuggles with the "other women don't get it" aspect at work

Great article, Karen. How's it feel being a bit of a celeb?

Look forward to saying "hi" to you in person for the first time while you're in Atlanta.

Casey, who'll be driving the white family truckster -- er, I mean the GSR sedan -- in STS.

Perhaps you can use this to get some sponsorship from the local PD or Highway Patrol in some sort of street racing prevention in schools program. They buy you a set of tires, you talk some kids into trying autocrossing and put a PD magnet on your car.

This version of the article is from the Montgomery Village edition... and doesn't have the corny headline either : http://www.gazette.net/200324/....html

More importantly, the picture is in color! FWIW, this was the cover of the Montgomery Village edition, and so many students came up to me today saying they'd seen the article.

You're much cooler than the HS Biology teacher I had.

And I shudder to think what my HS Biology teacher would have looked like in the Bud Dress :shudder:
