well, leaving them black would only looks good if i had a dx or and si model, because those models have side moldings.

I have a CX, and its in the process of being painted nighthawk black pearl.
no side moldings.... door handles being painted black as well.

Should i paint the whole mirror black? paint the base black? or the outer part painted black?

leave the base unpainted. paint the mirror shell.

 

Leave the mounting plate black, and paint the mirror housing.

Now that I'm looking at your mirrors, looks like you got some newer ones...Your lenses are nice and small, unlike the old models that had fucked up giant lenses that didn't fit.

Again, where did you get them, how much, etc.

These are my carbon fiber spoon mirrors, and both mirros are convex. I can see out of both mirrors.

looks like you got the better replicas. the one's i have, have the blue mirror, where you have to put them on yourself. terrible vision out of them. let us know if you get good vision out of yours. looks good.

no thanks dude, im straight with $74 to my door.
just needed something to replace those ugly EK mirrors my EG came with.

 

Too bad the replicas don't adjust enough to give you vision to the passenger side.
