On my 99 Ex I now have a front lip, which is painted the color of the car. I also bought a OEM rear lip, thats not on the car....

Considering I have a C/F hood.

Would it look nice to paint both lips flat black?

 

no, paint the lip, the skirts and the rear skirt.

i know what your saying, but i think it'd look wierd unless the lips were c/f also... So your best bet would be to paint them the color of the car...
