I have a 95 jdm b16 that runs a temp of over 220 according to my autometer temp gauge. I connected it directly to the temp sensor on the block. Is this reading correctly, if or if not what should I do? did I hook the temp. sensor up correctly?

 

You need to mount it inside of a hose, I mounted mine between the eacv hoses. Make sure the hose you pick always has coolant running threw. You might also have to ground the fitting you use.
