4-speed to 5-speed on ZC
I have a 91 Dx with a dohc ZC swap and a 4-speed manual tranny. What is needed to swap the 4-speed for a 5-speed Si trany? Also if I were to pay for the install how much should I spend?
why do you need to resurface the flywheel? there is no need unless its warped or cracked in such a way that resurfacing will do anything
edit: well i guess im talking about something different...anywho a resurfacing isn't necessary

Agreed, its always a good precaution and its only $20-30 and your already buying a clutch for at least $100, I'd do it.

that's exactly it- why skimp on $30?
