who is using a dog style tranny?
Isn't it called "doc rings"?
It's not streetable, it's race-only and very expensive. And noisy too. Every gear sounds like reverse because of the straight gear teeth. I know someone using it in his race ITR. You still have to use the clutch if you want it to last longer.....

Its a "dog box". I dont know the where the term derived from.
They dont have any syncro's if I recall and they are designed for race use only. Very expensive as well.
