Yes, spoon sold a version of their strut tower bars for the 4th gen Prelude. If you did a blind test with your car with a Spoon STB and a $30 Ebay STB, you would not be able to tell a difference.

If you do get the ebay bars, try to find one without holes in them. A nice solid one should be stranger than one with holes in em!
