I'm going to install an aftermarket seat ( Sparco REV ) into my car.......what kinds of seat bracket I should use ?? I only know there's a company in CA called Wedge who do custom made seat bracket for our car......Is there any place I can get a good bracket.....?

The Sparco Rev is a side mount only seat, so you'll probably have to have someone make you some custom mounts. You could buy the steel Sparco mounts and then have them welded on to the stock rails for adjustment.

Best thing to do would be to find a local race shop that deals with this kind of stuff regularly.
