Are the DC 4-1 headers the way to go on my 96 gsr? I am going to get a apexi worldsport and was wondering if this setup would work? if it doesnt work what do i need to get to make it work i am a newbie at this so i dont know of anything else that im going to need... i found the headers for 265$ (Stainless SteeL) do i need any other parts like a new gasket or anything?

 

You will need to modify the cat and possibly the exhaust... yes you will need new gaskets and a 2.5in flange, pray your car isn't lowered too much or else expect nice powerstealing dents.

Ive been looking around at 4-1s. The jdm dc will hang a bit low compared to the jdm itr. It's prob also a good idea to plan on getting it along with a high flow cat like carsound since the collector will be 2.5"... ok i just repeated what someone already said... must be getting tired.

 

an apexi ws exhaust would be a bottleneck for your system....a nice 2.5 system would be a good choice with a dc jdm4-1 unless your on a set budget . Otherwise the apexi ws is a great quiet ex for a decent price.
