Default Wrecked bike TODAY R6 in Virginia

Wrecked my 99 r6 today. Going on 495North Towards the rt66west Front Royal exit 49 took it to fast even though it says 25mph big sign. Took it at 60mph had the first turn then all of a sudden turn becomes super sharp, so the guardrail decided to jump out of no where and bamm. Bikes fucked gas tank, mirrors, front etc.. MY *** elbows, and right ankle and back. Pictures of the BIke will be posted tomorrow. This happen in VA.

Hey, he's ok enough to turn on his computer and type, how bad could it be?! =P

But seriously, good to hear you're only just slightly banged up. What gear did you have on?

5th gear, then I couldn't take the turn and a I would of kept on leaning then eventually would of slid with the bike into the guardrail or b i put the bike back str8 and try to stop before the guardrail hit me. But I went up there last night and picked up my broken pieces but pictures today later on. My *** and whole right side of my leg hurts like ****, and elbows. ARGHH!! Giong to fix it this month. **** Happens. My helmet didn't even get touched, nor my gloves arghh.

You were in 5th when you entered the turn? I know I'm new but you should either be in 2nd or 3rd before you enter turns like that. I took a clover leaf exit yesterday @ 40MPH in 3rd and the bike was very stable.

Glad you're ok, I wanna see pics.

Damn, poor bike.

Why not go for something different, besides the red/white scheme?

Let's see some pics of the tires.. not to be an *** but I take that exit in 3rd@50 no problems. At least you're alive to learn w/ no permanent injuries.

I can take turns real real good. Ill show you pics of the tires. There is about 1/2inch from each side to clear the entire tire.

I live in Fairfax bro, hell yeah I want to go riding. Riding in groups "for the most part" is fun. I live off Rt.50 near Fair Oaks Mall but me and my buddies go out west to Skyline Drive or Blue Ridge to do some canyon carving. Let me know when you guys go riding!

We've got b16 hatches, gsr hatchs, TODA built ITR hatches, SR20DET sentras & 300ZXTT's in my crew. I'm 25, I decided to wait and do it the right way. I've got rent and utilities to pay for my single family home. This is my first bike. Do you know where Greenbriar shopping center is? I live in the neighborhood behind it.

How long have you been riding bikes......was it a mistake that you know what you did and if you were doing 60 mph around it again you would make it......did you slam the ack break around the turn?
