Default swap it up?

the car is finally gonna get some work done, but i dunno weather to build the f22(my favorite choice) or swap in the h22

i dont wanna be a sohc sellout but whos got a REALLY built f22 on here? i searched, so i have a general idea, but if you coudl do it again would you still build it, or swap it?

by the way, theres a few minor things to take care of before i work on the motor....liek this.

edit: btw, its me one2chi....damn lost password, im stuck using my friend's name.

look at this way h22 is a good start to an all motor build up than a f22.
or you could keep the f22 and boost it either or? would not reccomend h22
turbo.. who cares about selling out it's an accord ... you have a long way to go no matter what you do. it's a heavy car. it's not like youre buying a mustang or trans am.

good point but I rather go for looks, speed and class. I love my accord than i would love a civic.

if yours is a lx this swap is pretty cheap for a few extra hp's,
or p&p'ing the f22 is always a good investment..

lot of money for 10-15 horses:

go h23, full swap for 1860 shipped *motor, tranny and ecu*
or get a h22 done: you wont be wrong

if you stick with f22 pick up drag kit: 2750 shipped

well a few threads down, "gimpyaccord" did a ex swap himself for pretty cheap
all he need is the head and minor accessories that you can get off ebay or HT members might have extras of. and the right tools of course..

Gimpy put a Ex into a fourth gen that had a F22A1 not a f22b, so he did something totally different by adding the F22B1 head:

Not just an lx without vtec throwing on a vtec head: he had a 90-93 125 Hp motor: so he gained alot more then: just a slap of the head job
