i am going to install some type S cams into my car....i need some help.
1. should i grease up the cams before installing them? if so what type of grease or oil
2. what are the torque specs for the bolts that hold everything in place?
3. should i use some type of seal when replacing everything? if so where should i put it

 

get a friend to help. and get a helms manual. and make sure you have a lot of time, so you dont have to hurry through the labor

hi there, you have bought type s cams for your car, how can u tell that it is the type s cams?

1. Use Honda assembly lube liberaly
2 and 3 consult helms manual

 

how do u know the difference beteew the type s cam and the regular h22 cams? does the type s cams have any marking or #'s written on? planning to buy some

make sure you do everything correctly, or you will break a cam.
