nope, just make sure you know what you are doing.
Bleed your brakes very thoroughly and check your fittings for leaks, they typically need to be pretty ******* tight.

Not really...the hardest part might be wiggling it in there depending on the motor/car. Just lay the seat back(or take it out), lay up under there and bolt it in.
The Haynes manual has some kind of procedure about measuring this and that and adjusting, but I didn't do any of that. Just don't twist your little bracket that attaches to the pedal before you put it in and you'll be alright. Trust me, getting it adjusted right again is a bitch.
