Tail Light Questions............
OK, I have a 94 Integra LS. All integras from 94 up have 4 lights on each side for t he rear: reverse, brake, another brake, and corner. This is is a dumb question but do all of your lights work. I just found out that the outer brake lights have never worked from the factory because one of the harnesses is not plugged in. It also seems that it was unplugged intentionally. There was factory tape holding it aside. Help me out on this one. Am I crazy or has this happened to you at all?

This is incorrect. Each 94+ Integra (2-door) tail light does have 4 bulbs, but their functions are as follows: reverse, parking/brake (dual filament), blinker, and corner marker. When the lights are on, only the parking and corner portions of the tail light will be illuminated.
4-door 94+ Integra tail lights have the parking/brake portion of the lamp divided into two sections because of the trunk, so in this case each section has its own dual-filament bulb instead of the single-bulb setup found on the 2-door.

US DOT & some other countries have some silly rules about how many bulbs can be lit at each corner, & they change from time to time. Do you have a 4-door? Maybe in '94 they were only allowed to have 3 lamps so they didn't plug them in for USA??? My '95 4-door has all of the lamps plugged in & working, and I bought it new in '95.
Maybe they got confused at the factory about where the car was going. For some years side markers were illegal in Germany. Are the side bulbs unplugged in front, too?
Similar to an '89 Saab I had. US DOT didn't allow rear foglights in '89, so it didn't have a bulb in that socket. A reflector was glued inside the lens at that position. Headlight wipers weren't allowed either, so they didn't install the motors & wipers. You'd be surprised about how many goofy rules like that...
