Default 4 to 5 lug conversion??? CONFUSED

Ok, here's what my dumbass did. I got a really good deal on a set of 17" chrome rims w/Pireli tires. I neglected to take in the fact that they were 5 lug, and my 95 Accord is 4 lug. I have seen in other threads, that integra owners did a 5 lug conversion. How is this done and how much does it cost? I went to 2 palces and they said "billet aluminum adapters cost $600" then "they dont make a 4-5 lg. please help

im sorry, but the adapters, are not worth it...and they dont seem safe to me...they are just new plates you put over your 4 lugs that have 5 lugs on them, i can just imagine you driving down the road and your adapter and wheel just fly off, just not something i think i would trust....nor many other people that i know....for $600, id think you could goto a junkyard and find the 2 axles from a 98+V6 accord (5 lug) that *should* fit w/o any conversion. that lug pattern is 5x114.3 (97+ Lude, 98+ V6 Accord), if the wheel lug pattern is 5x100, well, then yer just up a creek w/o a paddle because i dont think a Teg-R Axle will fit on a 'cord.......itd just be cheaper to sell the rims and pick up some that fit your car w/o any conversions...

sell the rims, the whole price of the lude or tr supsension does not justify the rims....

type-R bolt pattern is the same as the 5g prelude/new accords..

If you want some wheels that will fit your car, I got 4 17" TSW blades that I will sell for 250$..

To do a 5 lug conversion, you will need more than just the axles. Actually, you will not even use the axles, as they will not fit. You will need to purchase new hub assemblies. You are better off just selling the wheels and picking up some other ones. The price of doing this could get expensive.
