there are four drain holes on the car. 2 in the frt corners and 2 in the rear. if you open the sunroof you can see the 2 in front but the 2 in the rear are the ones that sometimes get clogged up with dirt. the drains have tubes attached to them and they run all the way to the rear to drain out. if you can take a air blower with a wand attachment and stick it in each drain and try to blow them out

same thing happened to me on prom night! haha but anyway man its the drain holes the two in the front are easily accessible open the sun roof and you will see them in the front part blow it out with an air compressor...the 2 in the back are hard to get to you have to get inside your car and pull the roof **** back to get to them honda will do it for 65 bucks but you can just do it yourself.......also check your lineing

The rear drain lines usually plug at the back of the car where they exit out behind the rear wheels. You can get to them via the access panels inside the hatch that cover the rear brake light bulbs. There is a 3/4 inch diameter tube that you will see all the way against the side( they come down both C-Pillars). Just pull it out from the bottom and have a cup ready. It usually plugs at this point.
