Usually means that your piston is sticking in side the caliper.

Take the caliper off. And have someone press the brake pedal slowly. You dont want the piston coming all the way out. But it might just be seized up inside of there and you need to free it up. If that doesn't work, you will probably need to get a new caliper.

That why I said have someone help you and push it down slowly. Ok anyway now that it is already out. LOL look where it came out from. Are there any o-rings or seals that have fell out of place or are broke?

If not then just put it back in and slowly mash the piston back down. You can use a big set of channel locks to push the piston back in. But now you have to bleed the brakes all over again.

Thats right it is a Screw in rear piston. You will be able to push it in most of the way. Then screw it in the rest of the way. Also it will be alot easier if you loosen the bleeder on the backside. Since you alreay have to bleed the brakes again anyway.

it sounds like one of the 2 pins is sticking... that would explain uneven wear.
