off topic but oh well.. see that blue "Image" button right below the box where u type... well, press that, then use the exact link that your picture is at, and just copy and paste that in between the little [IMG][/IMG] things..

WOW SEARCH!!! There is FAQ's or "read before posting" in about every forum...
Find a server to host your image, copy the url, then click the button under post window, that says "image" and put link in between the two img /img
